Owning a gym isn’t just about selling memberships for Bill Ross , founder of Major League Conditioning Center in Phoenix.
The former shoe and car salesman said he doesn’t try to sell customers on the idea of getting healthy — something he’s noticed other gyms doing.
“I want to make sure it’s something they really want to do,” Ross said. “I don’t want to sell them into doing it or talk them into doing it, because then I’ll always be selling them into it. They need to be here because they want to be.”
